1 Agreement

By using this blogspot (Trinkets & Treasures) you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document. We strongly suggest you read these terms carefully before placing an order. 2 Purchasing from us

2.1 When you place an order with us you are commiting to buy the item(s) ordered. Backing out after an order is made is prohibited. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by sending a confirmation email. Once we have accepted your order a contract to purchase and supply goods takes effect.

3 Order

3.1 TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Copy and fill in the order form below and email us at priscillayapcl@gmail.com. Please review your order making sure that all the details entered are correct before sending us your order.
A confirmation email will be sent to verify your order and to confirm acceptance.

3.2 Changes to your order will only be accepted within 24 hours after your confirmation email has been sent. Please notify us of any changes by email.

4 Our Goods

All products sold by us are brand new. The colour of a product may vary slightly from the pictures due to lighting conditions. Nonetheless, we make every effort to ensure that pictures shown in our e-shop are as accurate to the real item as possible.

5 Product Availability

Please check the availability of the item before placing an order. We will however notify you by email if a product is no longer available.

6 Payment

6.1 At the moment, we only accept payment made by ATM Cash Deposit and Online Money Transfer/Credit/Debit cards whichever is made convenient to you. If ATM Cash Deposit is your choice, please make your payment to our Maybank account.

6.2 A period of three (3) days will be given upon email verification of your order for payment to be made. Kindly notify us in the event of changes in payment method or delay in payment by emailing us.

(We are currently working on setting up other secured online payment systems (e.g. Paypal). We kindly ask you bear with us for the moment as we will try to have the system set up as soon as possible for your ease of shopping.)

7 Privacy & Data Protection

Any personal information you provide us and from which you can be identified is stored securely and confidentially. We will never disclose your personal information to third parties.

8 Delivery

8.1 We offer three methods of delivery:

(a) Pos Express
(b) Pos Laju (Priority Mail)
(c) Cash-On-Delivery (COD) *Only available at designated locations. Please refer to Postage Charges for further details.

(d) International Delivery available - please email us for payment details.


9 Our liability

9.1 We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages or losses during delivery.

9.2 Goods sold are non returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
